  • Learn how to assess a first aid situation
  • Learn how to deal with unconsciousness, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding, heart attack, anaphylactic shock, head injuries, stroke, seizures, diabetes, fractures and poisons
  • Learn how to resuscitate a casualty

The QNUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (with management of catastrophic bleeding) is aimed at those working in higher risk workplaces with larger numbers of staff and visitors.

This qualification has been developed to meet the first aid training requirements outlined by the HSE.

The QNUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is for those working in higher risk workplaces with larger numbers of staff and visitors.  

The qualification is open to those over 14 years of age; however only those over 16 can act as a sole first aider within the workplace.
